Mr. Yeoh Cheng Yow is a Chartered Building Surveyor with professional qualifications earned in Singapore. As the Managing Director of ZLC (Z L Construction Pte Ltd), a local SME specializing in Design and Build renovation services, he has led the firm with expertise and dedication. Since 2018, he has also served as the Resident Building Surveyor at Absolute Inspection Pte Ltd, focusing on defects inspection.
With over fifteen years of experience in Singapore's built environment, Mr. Yeoh has honed his skills in Building Surveying, particularly in Interior Finishes and related works. His extensive portfolio includes projects across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors, ranging from Additions & Alterations (A&A), reconstructions, and refurbishments to interior finishing fit-outs. He is adept at defect diagnosis, rectification, and implementing maintenance programs.
Beyond his professional practice, Mr. Yeoh is an Adjunct Lecturer at BCA Academy, where he has been imparting knowledge in Technical Drawing and Project Management since 2012. His previous role as Assistant Manager of Cluster Development at JTC Corporation further enriched his industry expertise.
